How do I make a purchase?
You can either purchase directly from the G.E.M store at First Markham Place, or send an email to japanbeautycube@gmail.com with the items and quantity you'd like to order, and we will send you an invoice for payment. After payment we will process your order either for pick up at the store, or shipping to your address.
How do I pay after I receive my invoice?
For in store purchases, cash or debit is accepted. For online orders, we accept Paypal payments, which allows for debit and/or credit card funding sources. Paypal is a free secure online payment system that encrypts your details via a secure host environment. See www.paypal.com for more details.
What's the difference between "In Store Items" and "Pre-Order Items?"
In Store Items are products that are currently in stock and available for sale at our actual store or online. Pre-Order Items are products that are currently not in stock but can be ordered for you at no extra cost, usually available within 3 weeks. Please e-mail us at japanbeautycube@gmail.com if you are interested in any of these items.
How much are shipping charges?
Shipping is based on actual delivery cost by Canada Post service, plus a flat fee of $5 per order for materials and handling. In order to minimize your shipping costs we will calculate it depending on the weight and size of your purchased item(s).
How long will it take to ship my order?
In most cases, items will be shipped within 2-5 business days upon receiving payment in full. You will receive e-mail notification once your order is shipped.
All our items are shipped by Canada Post, which normally takes about 3-14 business days depending on the destination. If you require quicker shipping please let us know so we can arrange alternate shipping methods.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns at the store. For items shipped, we accept returns only if the wrong item was shipped. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged in their original packaging and condition. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order and must first be authorized by us.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, please email us with the desired items and quantities and we will provide you with a quote.
Can you help me source an item that's not on the Product Listing?
If you are looking for an item that is similar to products we offer, please email us your inquiry and we will do our best to source the product for you. Please note that a deposit may be required for custom purchases.
Do you personally test the products in your make up tutorials?
YES! All pictures and instructions are owned by Japan Beauty and are not to be copied without written permission. We put a lot of effort into testing products and creating the tutorials.
